Job Description

  • Comprehensive training will be provided upon recruitment.
  • Draft and revise documents and internal materials as assigned.
  • Participate in monitoring and supervising compliance with company procedures and regulations across departments.
  • Assist in organizing internal programs related to the development of the Quality Management System under ISO standards, including internal audits, process improvement initiatives, 5S evaluations, and competency enhancement programs.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  • Report work progress and results to the supervisor on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

  • Preference will be given to candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and Internal Communications, or who possess basic video editing skills.
  • Age: 22–25.
  • Good communication skills, proactive, and positive attitude.
  • Honest, responsible, eager to learn, and highly committed to work.
  • Enthusiastic, attentive listener, and strong team spirit.
